Rus Education organized “Vipusk PSMU 2023,” a grand Graduation Ceremony for the Graduating Class of 2023, Perm State Medical University, held at the Russian House in New Delhi on December 01, 2023. The esteemed guests who graced the event include Mr. Oleg Osipov, Director of Russian House in New Delhi, Air Marshal Dr. Pawan Kapoor, Technical Advisor at Rus Education, Ms. Yulia, Dean of International Students at Perm State Medical University, Dr. Vikas Saxena, Deputy Dean of Perm State Medical University, Dr. Vanita Mittal, General Manager of Academics at Max Healthcare, Ms. Elena Barman, Head of the Education Department at Russian House in New Delhi, and Dr. Priyansh Jain, a widely-known FMGE Faculty; congratulated the students for their outstanding achievements as a symbol of their commitment and years of hard work and further encouraged the students for their FMGE preparations.
