MarSU Holds Discussions With Sharda University To Explore Areas of Cooperation
Mari State University is one of the top government classical universities of Russia, which has gained rapid popularity among the students seeking to pursue MBBS in Russia. At present, the university has over 1100+ Indian students enrolled across the years of the MBBS program.
Recently, during his brief visit to India, Prof. Shevestov Mikhail N. Rector, Mari State University shared the bench with Sharda University with the object to explore the areas of cooperation to provide the best facility and experience to the students of both universities on 15th Sept. 2022. On his visit, he was joined by Mr Oleg Osipov, Director, Russian House in New Delhi, Air Marshal Dr Pawan Kapoor, Vice Chairman and Dr Dinesh Singla, Director of Rus Education.
Representing the Sharda University, Prof. P.K. Gupta, Chancellor, Dr Manisha Jindal, Dean, School of Medicine & Research Institute; Prof Michael Barmpas, HOD Study Abroad Program; and Prof. Dr Adesh K Gadpayle, Director & Medical Superintendent warmly welcomed the guests and initiated the discussions.
Prof Mikhail also took on a guided tour of the campus of the university and medical facility. The discussion concluded with both the universities not only agreeing to collaborate in the field of education including medical education, engineering, technology and others but also the faculty development, research and faculty and student exchange program.
