The 2nd Russian Education Fair 2023 took place in Kolkata on July 18th, 2023, in collaboration with the Russian House in Kolkata. The fair’s inauguration in Kolkata was graced by Ms. Ekaterina Lazareva, Head of Protocol, Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Kolkata. Distinguished Russian delegates, including representatives from prominent universities, were also present, such as Ms. GRIGOREVA IANA, Head of the International Department at Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University; Ms. KARPEEVA IRINA, Translator at Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University; Mr. LOZOVOI ALEKSEI, Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages at the Institute of Management in Economic, Ecological, and Social Systems, Southern Federal University; Ms. USUBIAN SHUSHANIK, Acting Head of the Office of International Affairs at Moscow State University of Psychology & Education; Ms. ZOBKOVA NATALIA, Senior Lecturer in Biochemistry at Orenburg State Medical University; Ms. LOGINOVA ANASTASIIA, Senior Teacher at Orenburg State Medical University; and Ms. BASTRAKOVA NATALIA, Deputy Director for Work with Foreign Students of the Medical Institute at Mari State University.
The fair turned out to be a tremendous success as numerous students aspiring for higher studies in various fields in Russia participated in the event. Many attending students and parents had their queries promptly resolved by the representatives of respective Russian universities.
