The highly anticipated 2nd edition of the 25th Russian Education Fair 2024 concludes on 30th June 2024, leaving a trail of excitement and opportunity in its wake. From 22nd June to 30th June 2024, the fair served as a vibrant platform for students from all over the country to explore the vast educational landscape offered by Russia.
The Russian Education Fair was graced by the presence of some eminent personalities including Mr. Oleg Osipov– Director of Russian House in New Delhi, Mr. Dinesh Singla– Russian Education Expert, Air Marshal (Dr.) Pawan Kapoor (Retd.)- Technical Advisor at Rus Education, and Mrs. Priya Malhotra– Assistant Director of Rus Education.
The event also features our esteemed delegates from the top-ranked Russian government universities. Among them were Ms. Trifonova Elena, Deputy Director Of The Institute Of Medicine, Pskov State University; Ms. Borovykh Iana, Deputy Dean of Perm State Medical University; Prof. Oseian Daiana, Professor of Russian as a Foreign Language of Perm State Medical University; Ms. Kanashina Natalia, Head International Department of Mari State University; Ms. Petrova Irina, Vice Chancellor of Mari State University; Ms. Kuznetsova Anzhelika, Advisor to Rector HOD of International languages at Tver State Medical University; and Ms. Nekrasova Anna, Lecturer Department of International Languages at Tver State Medical University.
Over the course of these 8 days, the fair buzzed with enthusiastic students eager to interact with representatives from prestigious Russian universities. The interactive sessions proved invaluable for students. Informative presentations provided a comprehensive overview of the admissions process, and scholarships available. One-to-one interactions with university delegates allowed students to delve deeper into specific programs, faculty expertise, and campus life in Russia.
This fair witnessed a surge in interest in the MBBS program. Students were particularly drawn to Russia’s exceptional medical education system. Beyond academics, the fair offered a glimpse into the rich cultural tapestry of Russia. Moreover, students also had the opportunity to connect with current international students studying in Russia, gaining valuable firsthand insight into life abroad.
The Russian Education Fair catalyzed strong academic ties between Russia and India. Representatives from both sides expressed optimism about the growing collaboration and potential for student exchange programs.
