The much-anticipated Russian Premier League, organized by Rus Education and hosted by Perm State Medical University concluded on 26th May 2024, after three days of exhilarating competition. This exciting event, held from 24th May to 26th May 2024, brought together medical students from 12 universities across Russia to celebrate cricket, camaraderie, and sportsmanship.
Building on the success of the inaugural league in 2023, this year Russian Premier League witnessed enthusiastic participation from universities including Orenburg State Medical University, Mari State University, Tver State Medical University, Bashkir State Medical University, Pskov State University, Orel State Medical University, Chuvash State Medical University, Privolzhsky Research Medical University, Samara State Medical University, Moscow State University, and others. The students displayed exceptional cricketing skills and a true spirit of teamwork, fostering a vibrant atmosphere throughout the tournament.
The grand finale between Mari State University and Perm State Medical University was a nail-biting encounter, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats. Ultimately, Mari State University emerged victorious, claiming the coveted Russian Premier League trophy.
