Rus Education hosted the inaugural pre-departure ceremony, Sobraniye, on 22nd August 2024. The event was held to bid farewell to a group of Indian students who are set to embark on their MBBS journey in Russia. The event was a celebration of the student’s academic achievements and a send-off as they prepare for a new chapter in their lives.
Sobraniye, organized by Rus Education, is a pre-departure orientation ceremony that serves as a platform for the students to connect with their peers and mentors. This event is a significant milestone, allowing departing students to come together with their parents for a heartfelt gathering. It serves as a time to reflect on past accomplishments and to share hopes and dreams for the exciting journey ahead as the students embark on their future careers.
The event commenced with a heartfelt speech by Air Marshal Dr. Pawan Kapoor (Retd.) – Technical Advisor at Rus Education addressing the students and emphasizing the importance of cultural adaption and academic excellence during their studies in Russia. He also highlighted the opportunities that await them in the field of medicine.
The ceremony also features some eminent personalities including Dr. Dinesh Singla- an Alumni of Tver State Medical University; Ms. Ekaterina- Head of the Russian Language Institute at Russian House in New Delhi and Ms. Elena Barman Head of the Education Department at Russian House in New Delhi.
The students expressed their excitement and gratitude for the support they have received from Rus Education. They shared their aspirations and dreams, looking forward to the challenges and rewards that lie ahead.
