On January 24th, 2025, the National Testing Agency (NTA) issued a public notice clarifying that APAAR ID is not mandatory for NEET-UG 2025 registrations. NEET aspirants can proceed with their registration following the details which will be available in the information bulletin. This notification is issued following the NTA’s announcement dated January 14th, 2025, encouraging NEET aspirants to update their Aadhar Card and also create an APAAR ID.
