The National Testing Agency (NTA), on April 8th, 2024, announced to re-open the NEET (UG) 2024 application window for candidates who were unable to apply for NEET (UG) due to various unavoidable reasons. Candidates seeking to apply for the exam may apply online from April 9th to 10th, 2024. This is a one-time opportunity, so candidates are advised to thoroughly fill the application form before the final submission.

Candidates who are yet to submit their application form can fill the same through the NTA official website https://neet.ntaonline.in/
To log in and identify the online submission of the application form, candidates must use the following options:
- Aadhaar card
- Digi locker
- ABC ID
- Passport
- Pan Card
- School/ Any other valid Govt. Identity Card with a photograph.
The NEET (UG) 2024 exam is set to take place on May 5th, 2024, from 02:00 P.M. to 05:20 P.M. It will be held in approximately 571 cities across India and 14 cities outside India, in pen and paper (offline) mode.
