The first phase of online counseling for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET)-UG 2019 qualifiers for All India Quota/ Central Universities/ Deemed/ AFMC/ ESIC/ Dental and Medical courses has begun. All qualified students can register and enter their choices on the official website of the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) till 24th June the latest by 5:00 PM.
The allotment of seats for the first round will begin from June 26; and the result for the same would be declared on June 27, 2019.
Candidates can pay their registration fee for the first round of NEET-UG 2019 counseling at the latest by 2:00 pm till June 25, 2019.
The registration for the second phase of counseling and choice filling will start from July 6 to 8th July till 5:00 PM. Students can pay the fee for the second round of counseling the latest by 12:00 noon, July 9, 2019. The allotment of seats for the second phase of counseling will start from 10 July and will end on 11th July 2019; and the results for the same will be announced on July 12, 2019.
Candidates need to pay the tuition fees at the time of registration and the tuition is refundable.
As mentioned in the notification, candidates from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are eligible to participate in the All India Quota against the 15 Per cents seats.

All the candidates who have qualified NEET-UG 2019 are eligible to apply for the counseling.
Steps to apply for NEET-UG 2019 Counseling:
Step 1- Login on the official website- www.mcc.nic.in
Step 2- Click on the link flashing- ‘UG Medical Counseling’ on the homepage
Step 3- Click on New Registration tab
Step 4- It will redirect you to a new page
Step 5- Enter all the required details and then click on the submit button
Step 6- Make payment (the fee is non-refundable)
List of required documents at the time of Counseling:
- NEET-UG 2019 Admit Card
- NEET-UG 2019 Rank letter
- Date of Birth proof
- 10th Class passing certificate
- 12th Class passing certificate
- 12th Class mark sheet
- 8 passport sized photographs (Photographs should be the same as the one used while applying for the NEET-UG 2019 examination)
- Provisional allotment letter
- Identity proof
- Reserved category students should carry mandatory documents to support the same, issued by the competent authority
