After the National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination (NEET) 2020 that was held last week on September 13, 2020, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has decided to release the official Answer key of NEET 2020 anytime soon. The NTA will release the Answer key along with the question paper and candidates’ response sheets/OMR sheet at the NTA official website www.ntaneet.nic.in
NTA is an agency established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) to conduct competitive exams for higher studies. NTA is also responsible for conducting NEET 2020 exam. This year, approximately 80-90% out of the 15 lakh registered candidates had appeared for NEET 2020. Before the results are officially released like in the previous years, the answer key for the NEET exam will be out first.
In the past years, NEET answer key and results were released after a month of conducting the exam. However, this year, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the commencement of the exam got delayed. With this keeping in mind, the NTA might as well release the results soon for the students.
The candidates can download the answer key, question paper, and response sheet from the NTA website. Through these, the candidates can check the correct and wrong attempts they have made during the exam time and they can as well estimate the scores they will get on NEET 2020 exam.
According to the NTA, NEET 2020 answer key and candidates’ OMR sheet are open for challenges. If the candidates find any incorrect answer in the answer key and OMR sheet, they are free to submit a representation against it. The NTA will verify the particular responses again and if found correct, changes will be made in the answer key. Based on the updated answer key, the candidates’ results will be prepared.

- Visit: www.ntaneet.nic.in
- In the NTA website, the candidates must click the link to the answer key.
- On clicking that, the window will open
- Fill in the application number and password
- Once login is done, the candidates will see the links for the answer key, question paper and OMR sheets.
NEET is a common entrance examination for Admissions to MBBS/BDS and other undergraduate medical courses approved and recognized by the Medical Council of India.
