National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) Results 2018 has been declared today, on June 4, 2018, at 12:22 P.M. However, the result was expected to be announced on 5th June 2018 but now it is being announced a bit earlier. According to the official notification released by CBSE, NEET 2018 Results have been released on the official website i.e. cbseneet.nic.in as well as cbseresults.nic.in on 4th June 2018.
There were a total number of 13,26,725 candidates who had registered for NEET 2018 at 2,255 examination centers. It was conducted by CBSE on 6th May 2018. NEET 2018 was conducted in 11 languages. On 24th May 2018, CBSE had released the Answer Keys and OMR Sheets for the same. The counseling process will now be initiated as the results are finally out.
NEET 2018 Results Today: Counselling Process for 15% All India Quotas
The counseling for NEET (UG)-2018 admissions to MBBS and BDS courses in Government Medical Colleges as well as Private Colleges will be conducted by Medical Counseling Committee(MCC). The schedule for UG counseling will be soon released by MCC on the official website mcc.nic.in.
All Candidates appearing in NEET (UG)–2018 must be in touch with the websites of CBSE, MOHFW, Medical Counseling Committee (www.mcc.nic.in), and Participating States/Institutions/Universities till the final conclusion of the final round of Counseling.
Students are required to apply for online counseling. Counseling for Central Universities/Deemed Universities/Seats of ESIC & AFMC including BHU & AMU will be conducted by the MCC/DGHS. The eligibility criteria, self-declaration, various documents, etc. of the eligible candidates shall be verified by the respective authorities. Students would then have an alternative to exercise their decisions.

A total of seven lakh fourteen thousand and five hundred and sixty-two (7,14,562) aspirants have qualified in NEET 2018. There are, however, only 61,000 medical seats in India distributed amongst 476 Medical colleges.

It is also advised that those candidates scoring between 119 to 300 from UR and 96 to 250 from other categories immediately opt for a seat and college of their choice since seats are limited and you may have to compromise on your choice at a later date.
