NBEMS released the Application Form for Post MBBS Diploma

In a significant move to enhance medical education and specialization, on January 15, 2024, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) released a notification inviting various Hospitals to apply to NBEMS for the Post MBBS two-year Diploma courses in various broad specialties. The diploma programs include Anesthesiology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Family Medicine, Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology (ENT), Radio Diagnosis, Tuberculosis & Chest Disease, and Emergency Medicine.

Hospitals can now apply for accreditation with NBEMS to facilitate these Post MBBS Diploma courses. The application process, accreditation fee, and minimum criteria are detailed in the Information Bulletin, available on the NBEMS website, www.natboard.edu.in under the “Accreditation” link. Interested institutions are encouraged to carefully review the Information Bulletin before submitting applications.

To streamline the accreditation process, the application forms must be submitted exclusively online through the Online Accreditation Application Portal (OAAP), accessible on the NBEMS website, https://www.natboard.edu.in/.
