The National Board of Examination in Medical Science (NBEMS) has announced the results for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) June 2023 session for the exam that was held on July 30th, 2023. Candidates can view their results by visiting the NBEMS official website https://nbe.edu.in/ and https://www.natboard.edu.in or directly check the scores here. Individual scorecards can be downloaded by students on the website from August 31st, 2023, onwards as per NBEMS notification.
The FMGE is one of the most important examinations in India for Indian medical students who have completed their medical degree from Foreign Medical Institutions, wishing to practice medicine in India. As per the official records, a total of 24269 candidates applied for the FMGE June 2023 session. Out of the 23279 students who have appeared for the exam, only 10.6% of the candidates have managed to clear the FMGE 2023.
Furthermore, the In-person distribution of scorecards for those candidates who have cleared the examination is yet to be scheduled. NBEMS will issue another notice for the same, thus, candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for further information.
For candidates whose face ID is under verification, court matters, and whose security clearance is awaited, their results have been kept withheld.
