National Test Agency (NTA) which had conducted the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) on 12th September has launched the answer key for the same. The students can find the issued answer key published on the official website of the NTA.
The students can find scanned images of OMR Answer Sheets and recorded responses by the machine on the official website. If the student wishes to submit representation against the OMR grading by paying a non-refundable processing fee of 200/- per question challenged.
Representations made by the candidates against the OMR grading will be verified by the NTA from the actual record and the same will be updated in the data if challenges are found to be correct. However, no intimation in this regard will be sent to an individual candidate.
The Provisional Answer Key of the questions gives an opportunity for students to challenge the accepted answers, in case of any doubt. The students can make an online challenge against the provisional Answer Key by paying a processing fee of 1000/- per doubt, answer challenged, within a specified period as indicated in the published notice.
Challenges made would be verified by the NTA with the help of a panel of subject experts. If found correct, the answer key will be revised accordingly. Based on the revised Final Answer Key, the result will be prepared and declared. The key finalized after the challenges will be treated as final.
- The students must tally their NEET OMR sheet PDF answers with answer keys.
- Count the correct and incorrect responses to know your NEET score.
- Allot 4 marks for each right answer and deduct 1 mark for each wrong answer.
- If more than one answer is marked for any question, students can consider it to be unanswered and allot zero.
