Free Medical Camp Organized by Rus Education in Collaboration with NGO Roshaandan
Rus Education organized a Free Medical Camp along with the NGO named Roshaandan at Navjivan Camp, Nerala Village for the underprivileged. There were over 300 people were examined and were provided with free medication by the doctors. The Russian Education Team visited the camp on 9 th December, 2017, on Thursday.
Free medicines were also distributed among locals. The specialist doctors did the dental checkup for tobacco cessation, etc. The Physician was there to do the general checkup. There was also breast cancer test done for the females of the village. Body check-ups, oral cancer detection, dental checkups and tobacco quitting treatments were reported in the medical camp.
The locals were also educated about the healthy habits and good practices to be followed in order to remain fit and healthy. Locals were extremely grateful to the unit for this earnest endeavor and requested for more such camps in near future for benefit of the local populace.
