NBEMS Provide Final Opportunity to Submit Deficient Documents for FMGE December 2024

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences has announced a final opportunity for candidates to submit their deficient documents for the FMGE December 2024 examination. The deadline for submission is fast approaching, and candidates must act quickly to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements. 

As per the FMGE December 2024 Information Bulletin, candidates who have not rectified their document deficiencies even by 30th December 2024 are at risk of being ineligible for the exam. The discrepancies have been communicated to the candidates via mail and also include several crucial documents that are required to confirm eligibility.

FMGE December 2024: Important Dates

Date of Examination  12th January 2025 
Declaration of Result  By 12th February 2025 (Tentative)
Submission of Deficient Documents  3rd January 2025  (11 AM onwards) 
Last Date to Submit Deficient Documents  5th January 2025  (11:55 PM)

List of Deficient Documents 

The deficiencies in the documents include the following and have been communicated to the candidates via mail: 

  1. Primary Medical Qualification Degree certificate/Provisional Pass Certificate duly apostilled/attested by the Embassy of India in the country from where the primary medical qualification has been obtained

  2. Eligibility Certificate issued by the NMC/MCI (If applicable)/ Admission Letter/ Proof of qualifying NEET-UG

  3. Proof of Citizenship

  4. Mismatch in Name/Date of Birth in documents submitted

  5. Supportive documents for transfer from one medical institution to another

  6. Mark sheet of standard 12th and Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC)

Candidates who have received notifications of deficient documents must submit their required documents via the Online Deficient Document Submission Portal. This is necessary to be eligible for the FMGE December 2024 examination. Candidates are required to fulfill the eligibility criteria, including possession of an eligibility certificate (if required), and the Provisional Pass Certificate/Degree Certificate of their primary medical qualification. Candidates who fail to do so shall be considered ineligible for the FMGE December 2024 examination.
