Russian Medical Universities have always managed to bring forth opportunities for the students to nurture their interest and capabilities in curricular as well as the extra-curricular activities. As of recently, several top universities of Russia participated in the Inter-University Cricket Championship conducted by the Bashkir State Medical University.
The Championship was conducted on 12th May 2022-13th May 2022 (Thursday- Friday). The championship witnessed the remarkable participation of several top universities such as Perm State Medical University, Orenburg State Medical University, Bashkir State Medical University I and II, Ryazan State Medical University, Saratov State Medical University, Cheboksary State Medical University, Kazan State Medical University and more.
All the universities were divided into 6 teams- Ufa, Perm, Kazan, Orenburg, Ryazan and Chuvashskiy.
The popular, Perm State Medical University, made into the semi-finals, winning 3 matches consequently however could not make into the finals. Orenburg State Medical University however, won 2 of 3 qualifying matches, followed by the victory in semi-finals and finally emerged to be the final champion defeating Cheboksary State Medical University by 6 runs.
It is our immense pride to see various Indian students across the top medical universities of Russia succeeding in their respective interests at the same time following their dream of becoming a doctor.
